The interesting thing about the social media age is that we are better informed and still make bad decisions. 🤔😏. Doing a digital detox with the phone sounds like a good start, Julia. When I need a mental reset, I start with exercise. I like rowing on my machine because concentration is required to obtain the most from the device. I also enjoy music while I workout and while I work. Finally, a nice meal with friends or family, starting with a cocktail and then moving to a good bottle of wine with plenty of laughing and stories is always great for a mood lifter. Enjoy your summer.

Sometimes the trick is realising when you just need time to yourself. It is half term here and I have 9 days off work for the price of 3. A break that is definitely needed.

I only have one social media account (facebook) so I don't find myself constantly chasing my tail. If I am missing anything, it can't be that important as no one has told me about it anyway.

I recently had my garden re landscaped so it is nice to spend time out there and taking the dog for a walk is always good for a reset and dogs are excellent listeners.
